Use this form is to report volunteer time performed.  To be tracked, you MUST report your time, part of a work party or not.   Standard boiler plate stuff - please keep it to one report per family per session (aggregate entire family time), and PLEASE keep the names and email consistent through the summer - that is how we add them for credit.
