Please complete this application fully. This is the application for volunteering in the Wildlife Hospital only. Adult (18+) Wildlife Hospital volunteer shifts are 4 hour shifts, once per week. If you are interested in volunteering in another program other than the Wildlife Hospital, you will need to complete the application for that specific program.

Please note: Please note: This 2024 position will start at our current site at 76 Albert Park Ln in San Rafael and later move to our transition site at 251 N. San Pedro in San Rafael.
