Annual General Meeting 2020 & National Event

We are pleased to invite all members of EYP Switzerland to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), alongside the first national event that will be held in Bern. The upcoming elections will be very important because 4 current Board Members will not be running for re-election and another one will be running for another position! This is the chance for a new generation in EYP Switzerland to step in and make a change in our National Committee!

This gives you, members, the chance to not only cast your vote on your preferred Board candidates for the next Board of EYP Switzerland for 2020, but also to spend some fun times at the very first ever National Event.

The event will take place on Saturday, 22nd of February 2020, starting at 10:00 at the Pavillon CEVI Region in Bern, which is just next to the office of EYP Switzerland. We will kick-off the day with a chair training. We strongly recommend you to attend the event if you are chairing for one of the Regional Sessions 2020 or thinking in applying for the NSC Basel 2020.
We will then proceed by enjoying a wonderful brunch at 11:30, all provided by EYP Switzerland, and finish with the AGM which will start at 14:00.

It is a 15-minute walk from the Bern SBB train station, so you would not need to take any public transportation from the train station.

Due to the importance of the upcoming AGM elections, we are hoping that there will be lots of peope attending and casting their vote for the next Board of EYP Switzerland.

Both events are free for members of EYP Switzerland. As a reminder, you are a member if you have paid your 30 CHF membership fee for 2020 or attended one of our Regional Sessions in 2019 as a delegate. You need to be a member of EYP Switzerland in order to cast your vote at the AGM 2020.

The deadline to register to the event is Saturday, 15th of February, 23:59 CET.

Keep in mind that participation is only for free for members of EYP Switzerland, i.e. we will verify if you are on our member list. You are a member of EYP Switzerland in 2020 if you have paid the CHF 30 membership fee for 2020 or have been a delegate at one of our sessions in 2019 (Regional Session and/or National Selection Conference 2019).
