All applications are subject to final approval by the Juneteenth Committee and are on a first-come-first-served basis. Applicants will receive verification and a vendor information packet will be emailed. It’s your responsibility to have the necessary Weber County Health Department TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS and/or OGDEN CITY SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSE if applicable and comply with their regulations. If tabling at our SL venue, please follow the established processes for Salt Lake City/County Health Department.
