Castleman Counseling Group Practice Inquiry
Hi there!

Thank you so much for your interest in joining the Castleman Counseling Group Practice.
Here are a few items to note about the Castleman Counseling Group Practice:

1) Joining the Castleman Counseling group practice gains you access to the following-
         -Monthly staff meeting
         -Monthly case conceptualization/skills meeting that can be counted as group supervision
         -Monthly live session viewing and discussion
         -Supervision with Lindsey 2x a month for 1.5 hours to count towards licensure
         -Lindsey as your primary supervisor for licensure (Lindsey will only supervise those who are in her group practice)
         -Half-off of Lindsey and Eleah's monthly supervision
         -Access to Simple Practice
         -Quarterly fun staff outings
         -Payouts at the end of every month
         -Referrals from all of Lindsey's referral sources
         -Community of therapists
         -Communication to the team through our own slack channel
         -Featured on both Castleman Counseling and Counseling at Fellowship websites
2) Group practice split is 70 to counselor and 30 to group practice for non-licensed.  Split is 75 to counselor and 25 to group practice once licensed.
3) Counselor to find own counseling space in the community they would like to practice in and provide Castleman Counseling with availability.  
4) Once counselor joins group practice, every new client will be added through the group practice.

6) I want to focus on and primarily use attachment-based modalities (IFS, EFT, TBRI, somatic, etc).
