Emerging Artists Concerts Performance Request Form for Solos
This form is to be filled out by students wishing to perform a complete solo work on an Emerging Artists Concert during Green Mountain. These concerts take place on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings throughout the festival and include both chamber and solo works. Your performance date will be determined and assigned by the Artistic Director.

Please note, your Green Mountain teacher must have already approved this performance.

Please ensure you use correct spelling for composer names, piece titles and movement titles.

All requests must be made by June 19, 2022.
