Velvet Audio understands the importance of competitive integrity as it relates to show design. To avoid selling identical/similar shows in the same competitive region we offer a regional protection service. Once you have purchased a show (marching band, indoor winds/percussion) product, fill out the regional protection application.
This is a “first come, first serve” service. We will not sell the same product to another school or program in the same area/region, or a program attending/competing in the same shows. It is imperative that you fill this application in its entirety and with absolute accuracy.
Any changes in your show site/contest plans will invalidate this agreement; however, you are encouraged to contact Velvet Audio and update your application to ensure your protection, as we understand plans always tend to change in the world of the marching and performing arts.
