EANESpiration Award Nomination -  VVE

Eanes ISD has many outstanding people who are dedicated to providing an outstanding education to the students in our district. The EANESpiration Award was created to recognize these efforts. The focus can be on teamwork and collaborative efforts, as well as individual efforts.

Any Eanes ISD employee can nominate a VVE teacher, staff member or volunteer who meets the criteria listed below. Please nominate for outstanding efforts that go beyond normal day-to-day duties.

Categories
Good Samaritan Award – individual(s) who displays an act of compassion, selflessness or courage, organizes an event or fundraiser, etc.
   
Educational Impact Award – individual(s) who displays leadership and commitment to the district by making a positive, noticeable and significant impact.
   
Innovation Award – may include implementing a creative or innovative program, teaching method, cost‐savings, etc.
   
Heroes Award – may include an outstanding achievement that brings prestige to Eanes ISD, something that goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Criteria
  • Valley View Elementary employees or volunteers are eligible.

  • The nominee must have completed an exceptional act or special effort that clearly exceeded his or her job responsibilities. This should have been an exceptional act such as the creation of an innovative program, the development of a special event, an act of compassion or courage, or other outstanding achievement that brings prestige to Eanes ISD. In sum, the cause for nomination should be potentially inspirational to others.

  • The act or achievement should have occurred within the 12 months prior to the nomination deadline.

  • Those who have received an EANESpiration Award in the past three years are not eligible.  See past winners.
