All participants in the APA Technology Division event must fill out Section 1 of this form ONCE by 10/31/2021.  This is NOT required for the concurrent Digital Ocean/GitHub sponsored event.  If you have already filled out this section once, simply proceed to Section 2.

Section 2: Submission Details
If you do not wish to submit using GitHub, submissions can be accepted through SECTION 2 of this form.  Please do not fill out Section 1 a second time.  To prevent typos or duplication of efforts, write down or save a digital copy of your leaderboard name for future reference.  If you, for any reason, are unable to recover the username name you registered under, please email Lian Plass at lianplass@gmail.com.
