Cricket Wales Regional Programme Nomination Form (Summer 2022)
Please complete the below form to nominate a player for any of Cricket Wales North, South, East or West regions.

NOTE 1: This form is only for players that are NOT currently involved in the programme.

NOTE 2: You do not need to nominate the same player more than once over the course of a summer.

NOTE 3: All nominations (with the exception of U9 boys and girls nominations) should be submitted during, or retrospectively shortly after a match performance. If you would like to nominate a player that isn't on the back of a match performance please email Head of Talent Pathway Matt Thompson (matt.thompson@cricketwales.org.uk)

*Please do ensure the correct details are supplied - not doing so may result in a player not being contacted.

*Once you submit a nomination we will invite U9 & U10 Boys and all girls age groups to a number of assessment days in September to ascertain their suitability for the programme. For all other age groups, regional leads and/or coaches will look to observe nominated players during a match or during a club training session.

*We ask for the majority of nominations to be complete by 26th June when junior league cricket finishes. We will accept nominations past this point but we cannot accept any after July has passed.
