Please fill out this form with your information and select the games as a player you have interest in playing and/or other support positions within the team you are interested in.  We are encouraging players to compete at the Ambush Arena. Our Arena is located in the back of iTech store which is located between College Square Mall and Kohl's. The address is 6027 University Avenue, in Cedar Falls.  This form must be completed by September 13th, 2021. There will also be a Parent Night held at the HS on September 13, starting at 6.
