3rd-6th Grade Little Queens Basketball Club 
Player Information/Registration Form 2024-2025. This form is for 3rd-6th grade only. 7th-8th has a separate form, as they have tryouts.  

Little Queens Basketball is a feeder program for the Clinton High School Basketball team and therefore open only to current Clinton Queens and CCSD student athletes.

Registration night will be September 16th at Whittier Elementary from 5:30-6:30pm. For new players with questions, we will have a brief meeting at 6:00, to tell you a little about our program and give you a chance to ask questions. The rest of the time will be for players to register online, turn in payment, try on uniforms for sizing and ask any questions you may have.

Player Conflicts *
Practices are scheduled weekdays 5:00-6:30 pm or 6:30-8:00 pm. We will try our best to schedule practices around conflicts. Please list days and times that will NOT work for practices Oct-Jan and list specific conflicts under OTHER.  (Example: Gymnastics/Dance- Mon and Thurs from 5-645 year round.)  Please do not list temporary conflicts. (Ex: Soccer that ends typically in Oct).
