This form is for exhibitors at ISHLT's 44th Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions who wish to use the Lead Retrievals service with their exhibit booth. Only one sign up is needed per exhibit booth. If you would like to use this service with your booth, you must complete this Sign Up Form. This only takes a few minutes and you will not need to pay anything at this time.
You are encouraged to use your own devices (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc) with this exhibitor lead retrieval service. There is a user license fee to use this service. There are options to rent mobile phones for scanning attendee badge QR codes and accessing the REST API. The pricing is in US Dollars. Invoices are due by their respective deadlines and can be paid by credit/debit card or ACH.

* About: *This service will allow onsite exhibit booth staff to log each attendee who visits the booth. Staff have access to their shared information, including name, email address and organization/company name. They have the ability to add their own notes and use a ranking scale for each attendee lead. The information for your booth will be available to download as a CSV file at any time by a user. You can use your own Android and Apple device(s) without downloading a specialized app. Test your devices at the link below.

Sign Up Form.
You will be able to demo this service by visiting the webpage for your exhibit booth in that email. There will be a set of simulated attendee badges with QR codes. From that page, you will be able to either scan QR codes and/or manually enter the attendee's ID (located on their badge). The attendee’s information will be displayed on the screen. You can confirm before adding them to your booth’s list of attendees or cancel to start again.
Staff with a user license can use their own device(s), as most laptops, Android phones/tablets, iPhones, and iPads are compatible. The only requirements are that the device must have a camera and current web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, or Microsoft Edge. There is no Android or Apple app that needs to be installed! The sign in process for staff is fast and easy. We will be floating around the exhibit hall during set up to answer any questions. We will also be available at the Information Desk located at Registration on-site.
If you rent QR scanners, they will be available on-site at the Information Desk located at Registration.

* QR scanner rentals: *Not required. Please indicate the number of QR scanners for your exhibit booth on the Sign Up Form. QR scanner rentals are $115 per device and do not include a user license. The deadline to rent tablets is 10:00 PM ET on Monday, March 18, 2024.
* REST API access: *
Most exhibitors do not need to use the API. Please indicate if you are interested in using the Lead Retrievals' REST API on the Sign Up Form. REST API access and use is $350 per exhibit booth. The deadline for the API request and payment is 10:00 PM ET on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
The REST API provides a way for different apps, systems, or devices to talk with each other. This is used by developers or programmers to have your system directly pull information from our Lead Retrievals service.
