This free training is offered for Independent Providers and will explain the various required pieces of documentation for HPC, Shared Living and general transportation. This training includes how to complete monthly UI logs, Learning Logs, Outcome Action Steps, information on EVV, and how to find the services you are responsible for within the ISP.
This training will now be virtual- please plan to use a laptop, desktop or tablet for this training. You will need to be able to clearly see the screen-share details and a phone screen will likely be too small to view clearly.

This training session can be used toward your DODD required annual training and certificates will be provided.
