This introductory class is your first step into gaining an accurate and empowered understanding of the menstrual cycle. Participants will learn uterine anatomy, the phases of the cycle, and how track fertile and infertile windows within each cycle. Participants are welcome to join with any intention—you can apply this content to body literacy, birth control, conception, symptom mapping, and more. Martha always teaches in a gender inclusive and trans affirming way. Because this is introductory and so full of information, participants are encouraged to follow up with the teacher in 1:1 classes separately.

Martha Hoffman is a full-spectrum doula, LMT, and fertility awareness educator. Their ancestors travelled from coasts and islands in Europe a few centuries ago, leading Martha to land in the Connecticut River Valley. They are passionate about helping people find autonomy and empowerment through learning more about their bodies, and strive to be perpetually curious!
Cancellation policy: if your cancellation is within 30 days prior to the start date, you may receive a full refund. Receive a 50% refund less than 30 days prior to start date. No refunds within 15 days prior to the program's first date. When you register, you agree to these terms. This policy applies to the full cost of the program even if a payment plan has been agreed upon, you are expected to pay the full amount. Refund requests must be sent in writing to:
