Embodied Habits Workshop Registration 
This workshop is designed to help you explore, assess, prioritize, build, and modify your habits to support your overall wellbeing and find alignment through the cultivation of self-awareness, targeted mindfulness practices, and neuroscience-backed tools. We will meet via Zoom three times a week for four weeks total beginning March 6th. Sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:30 am eastern time. Monday and Wednesday sessions will be from 6:30 to 7:30 am. Friday sessions will be from 6:30 to 7:00 am. These sessions will provide a mixture of educational content, opportunities for personal reflection such as journaling or meditation, collaborative conversation, and more. All that is required to attend is the desire for self-exploration and something you can write in (preferably a journal or notebook, but typing works just fine too!). Tuition for this workshop is a discounted rate of $200 per person (future workshops will be offered at a higher rate) and can be paid all at once or in agreed-upon installments once your registration is confirmed. This group will be capped at 8 attendees.

About your facilitator: I (Alex) am a habit coach, certified personal trainer, holistic nutrition coach, and small business owner. My coaching style is shaped by my formal education, professional training, lived experiences, and neverending curiosity about the intersections between the human experience and our natural world. I am extremely excited to be offering this workshop and look forward to meeting you!
