The Digital Teacher Learning Community is a professional development opportunity for all teachers who are keen to learn, practise and apply effective ways to integrate digital technology in their classrooms. Digital technology can be a valuable tool to enhance student learning; the aim of this community is to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to utilise technology in a way that is transformative.

The community will meet regularly in order to develop a wide range of skills over the course of the academic year. At the end of each session, every member will have a plan to action in their respective classrooms; these are then evaluated in subsequent sessions. In the summer term the community culminates in presentations of work and a showcase event.

The community will provide members with a platform to learn from one another, a place to connect research with practice and the opportunity to discover ways to enhance their own professional development.  It is a collaborative place where we will be tackling questions that come from our passion for innovation and excellent teaching.
