Once you sign up and pay, you will receive an email confirmation and the trip itinerary. If the number of deposits listed for the trips are not received by the deadline, the trip will be canceled, and refunds will be issued. If an additional vehicle is needed to be added, the minimum number of people for that vehicle needs to be met. Payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled.
