School Site Council is composed of equal numbers of staff and parent or community representatives who serve a two-year term. SSC members meet eight times a year to oversee the implementation of various programs in the school, including state and federally-funded programs. The School Site Council is responsible for deciding how to spend approximately $100,000 of categorical money to support continuous improvement of the instructional program at Webster Elementary. Each school in the district receives a different amount of money, based on enrollment. The School Site Council members work together to set goals for improving student achievement at the school and allocating the funds to accomplish those goals.
For the 2022-2023 school year, we have one parent/community member opening and one alternate opening. Please contact Mrs. Forrest if you have questions. Her email address is
