Oklahoma Metaphysical June Fair Vendor Application
Saturday June 3rd, 11 am - 7 pm
Optional Howl at the Moon Dance Party Saturday 7 pm - 9 pm
Sunday June 4th, 11 am - 5 pm
Set up: Friday June 2nd, 3 pm - 9 pm and Saturday 8 am - 10:30 am. Must be set up by 10:30 am.
Group meeting Saturday morning at 10:30 am.

Vendor payments are due by May 1st, 2023, or before if possible.  Invoices will be sent to the email you provide.  Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so please get applications and payments in quickly.  The fair will be in the Centennial Building at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. You can save $3-$10 on your booth fee (depending on booth size) by paying me via Paypal and selecting "friend or family" @ wondersandwisdomok@gmail.com. After the 1st, some prices will increase.

We will be having a scavenger hunt this year.  Patrons had a wonderful time with it at the Halloween Ball last year.  Are you interested in your booth being a part of the scavenger hunt?  This would be that people would seek out your booth to take a picture of you or some item at your booth, or do an activity at your booth.  If you do want to participate, let me know in what way you would like to participate.  If unsure, say so and I will call or email you to discuss it sometime.
Do you intend to bring your own canopy, walls, dividers, or pipe and draping? If so, please describe it.    (It is not required.  We just want to know for the purpose of making the floor plan, and to make sure it will be cleared with the fire marshal.) *

Wiggins' Wonders and Wisdom and Oklahoma Metaphysical, Art, and Music Fair  denies responsibility for collection of taxes, all liability for any injury and/or loss to participants or their property while at the fair. They are not responsible for cancellation of fair due to factors beyond our control. YOU ARE WELCOME to bring flyers, business cards, information sheets, etc. for our courtesy table. We reserve the right to remove from display any unsuitable items. Linens must cover all tables, and displays must be neat. Please be responsible for cleaning up your own table area. Children 12 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Signs may not be attached to the wall or building structures in any way. Signs can be attached to your own canopy, tables, or pipe and draping. *
