To enable us do project scope and planning, we would like for you to provide us with the following information. This information would allow us to prepare the right mix of services and cost breakdown for you as well ensure we complete the project in due time.

Confirm the domain name that you would wish to transfer the Google Workspace Service for. Please note you can have multiple domains on a single Google Workspace account if so add the primary domain.

What is your Organization Name? *

This is the Display name for the organization on your Google Workspace Account

Provide us with your operational address location. If you have multiple locations, share the HQ or any one that best represents your organization

Users *

How many users/staff do you have in your organization and under your Google Workspace account?

Google Workspace Admin Name *

This is the current Admin who manages the organization Google Workspace account and will read and accept the Google Terms of Service before we can proceed and additional services. More Admins can be added later

Admin Username *

This should be email address within the domain above such as user1@example.com

Alternative Email for Admin *

This should be an email outside of the domain above such as user1@gmail.com, user1@yahoo.com etc. This is useful when the admin forgets or needs to reset the password for the entire account for the organization. This is a mandatory before setting up your domain onto Google Workspace

Transfer Token *

Kindly share the transfer token you generated from the admin console. Please Note: Transfer tokens expire 14 days after being generated. Sign in to your Google Admin console for your domain at admin.google.com .Go to admin.google.com/TransferToken. You may be asked to enter Reseller/Partner Public ID: Enter:
C04chku60. You should see our Name Pawa IT Solutions. Click Generate and send us the transfer generated.
