This is a drive-thru testing site. Multiple individuals can be tested from within the same vehicle, as long as each individual has registered separately for an appointment, as well as a QR Code. All individuals must remain in their vehicles at all times, and follow the signs posted within the parking lot. The testing site location ***HAS CHANGED TO CIRCUS WORLD PARKING LOT, EFFECTIVE 10/9/2020***. Email addresses must be provided in order to register, and a copy of the information submitted will be delivered to that address.
