This form is designed to allow venue partners (school, activity provider and community centres/organisations) to express an interest in providing Holiday Activities & Food in collaboration with the Hubb Foundation during the Summer 2023 Holidays (Wednesday 26th July - Tuesday 4th September). Initially, the form should be completed by each activity provider lead to express an interest to be involved.  

Once completed we will liaise with you to discuss the next steps, and link with specific venues, and other external services such as food catering to confirm provision if successful. 

Please note this is an expression and we cannot guarantee that all your requested provision will be fundable.
