Journaling is a great way to great the junk out of your head and on to paper to help you process!
to learn more about the benefits of journaling to your mental health.
Our virtual Journaling Club is on Zoom and anonymous. Everyday, you'll receive a journaling prompt. You can write, draw, doodle, scrapbook it - whatever feels right to you! You do not have to journal every day, and you can share your entries with the group whenever you want to (or not!). Just take a pic and post - we'll be cheering you on!
Then, once a month, for those who want to, we will schedule a group Zoom drop in, where you can share your favorite entries with the group and hang out with us, live!
This group is open to all Jewish survivors of sexual abuse over the age of 18 and is free for all participants!
