By submitting your application, if selected the vendor and all employee and affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Ichthus Music Festival, The Beacon Foundation, Inc. and SHHC, LLC (organizers of the festival), their affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against all claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, settlements, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, disbursements and charges, arising from or relating to the event.
