Generally, cards will be sent out by our team in biweekly batches. Upon your order confirmation, do expect a 2-3 weeks lead time before your recipients receive your orders.

However, if you've placed an order for a Hey, You Got Mail! card and you/your recipient have not received it after 3 weeks from order confirmation, do complete this form to file a report with us. We will contact you separately to resolve the issue.
