Why this survey? I recently did some research on self-publishing, and discovered there were many statistics that I couldn't find. So, I felt creating a survey to collect some data might help discover more of what works and what doesn't work as a self-published author. If you choose to leave an email address, it will not be used to call out you individually, but only to provide you with the data, once I've collected the results. I am hoping this data will help myself, but also other authors, so it will be available for free! Thanks again.
