The search for Beth Am’s Senior Rabbi will require participation from our entire congregation.  There will be multiple opportunities for engagement. We will hold a series of listening sessions and conduct a survey to solicit the entire congregation’s input.

Our Search Committee will be small (10-12 people). We will also convene a Search Advisory Committee (SAC) that will include greater numbers of people.  Both the Search Committee and the SAC will need to represent the congregation in a variety of ways. There are many tasks and responsibilities involved in the search process. 

This form is designed to help us ascertain interest, availability, and information that will enable us to compose committees and engagement opportunities that best reflect our community.
