Exit to Community ---> A discussion space about startups that are owned and controlled by users, workers, and stakeholders who value and depend on the startup.

Glorious Meetings & Decision-Making ---> Meetings and decision-making can make or break your group. You’ll learn how to have productive, creative meetings, distribute power, and hear every voice, including those who are too often not heard. You’ll also learn processes for effective, collective decision-making.

Leaderful Groups ---> Relationship building is at the heart of building healthy, powerful, and thriving groups. In this training, you’ll identify your leadership qualities and recognize the leadership of others in your group. Fight burnout, tap into the potential of your team, bring in new members, and build your collective power.

Online Tools for Collectives ---> How to best use Slack, CoBudget, and Loomio in tandem with Open Collective.

Mutual Aid + Open Source hangout and peer-learning ---> holding space for mutual aid and open source collectives to hang out!

What is the Solidarity Economy in practice? ---> An overview of the values, framework, and examples of projects and groups that center community ownership and democratic governance for political, cultural, and economic power.

Media Tools 4 Liberation ---> Let's make art/media! How can we use Art and Media to uplift movements working to create futures where All are equitably cared for and free to thrive?

Art.coop ---> Connecting cultural innovators across silos who do not know one another well, but are building the cultural economy we want

Somatics and Embodiment ---> Practices for gaining awareness about your relational needs so that you can engage effectively online and in person.

Living Into Conflict ---> Conflict is inevitable, but you can learn tools that make conflict safe. Recognize ways different cultures interpret and manage conflict. Reduce triggers, and build understanding and resilience.

Dreaming & Scheming ---> Find your shared vision. Take this interactive training to get clear on your purpose and how together you’ll make change where you live.
