Reservations are given to groups whose work aligns with the F.A.C.E.S. Guiding Principles.
Important: Groups reserving the Sustainability Resource Center may not charge fees for events or activities in the Center.
The SRC (Sustainability Resource Center) is conveniently located in Price Center next to the Theater on the first floor. It is a relatively large, open space with 3 moveable tables in the main area with 23 chairs/ seats (8 of them are small wooden stools) with an attached, but separate, smaller study room area that holds 3 desks and 4 chairs. 27 chairs/seats total that can be provided. The study room alone cannot be reserved because it is not soundproof. The maximum capacity without using the smaller room is 26; with the smaller room in use, the maximum capacity is 34.
Notices:
1. If your space reservation is within operating hours (Monday through Thursday, 11 AM - 5 PM) please know that the SRC will remain open and operating to the public during your event. This does not mean anyone who walks in can participate in your event if it is RSVP only, for example, however they will still be allowed in the space.
2. The small study room is not reservable on it's own. The room is not soundproof and is not suitable for private or sensitive meetings/ events.
This space can only be reserved by UCSD campus affiliations.
The SRC is reserved every Monday from 5-7 PM for the SSC GBM during Winter Quarter 2024.
