Admin VA Job Application

Joy Michelle Co. is looking for an Admin VA who is excited to work in a collaborative, creative, and purpose-driven environment!

Hours of Work: 15-20 hours of work each month with availability for communication and meetings during 8AM -1PM Eastern Standard Time. 

Location: This is a fully remote position (bonus points if you live in the DC metro area but not required) 

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr depending on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Admin VA main role is to provide inbox management, community support within our Facebook community, email marketing newsletter creation, customer support, and general admin tasks . The goal of this position is to facilitate communications within the inbox, grow and foster a supportive community, curate weekly email content for subscribers, and reach as many creatives as possible with JM Co. Education. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone who can check in everyday (weekdays) and be on call and responsive. 

We are looking for someone with the following qualities and skills:

  • Resourceful

  • An intuitive problem solver 

  • Feels comfortable with writing copy 

  • Has a knack for learning preferences

  • Eager to learn and expand their skill set

  • Has capacity to take on additional roles in the future

Some of the Admin VA duties include:

  1. Manage communication and project follow up within company inboxes 

  2. Provide community support within our 10,000+ member community in our facebook group (this includes creating engagement posts, repurposing content, engaging with new members)

  3. Uploading calls to our course platform for coaching clients and course material inside Kajabi

  4. Format and write weekly emails for newsletter in Kajabi
