IEMA Certified Emergency Manager Application Form
This form is to be used for all Iowa Certified Emergency Manager Applications, including transitioning members, who currently hold an IA-CEM. This form requests basic information from all applicants and will ask questions tailored to the level of certification desired.

To assist with record keeping. Members applying for the Advanced or Executive level must still apply for the non-expiring IACEM prior to advanced application.
