Welcome to BHLP Tier 2, the Engaged Leader! Registration is now open to all students who have completed Tier 1. By enrolling in BHLP, you have taken a significant step towards establishing yourself as a leader. Our goal in Tier 2 is to engage you as a contributing member of a group in completing a significant project for a small business.

In Tier 2, you will learn about and apply theories, concepts and skills related to effective team leadership.

TIER 2 MEETS EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT FROM 6-8 PM. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COME TO MEETINGS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN TIER 2. MEETINGS WILL NOT ALWAYS BE TWO HOURS.

Registration Fee: $50 and can be paid by credit card after July 1, 2022. At this time we are not accepting cash or checks; registration fee must be paid online through the link. Credit card payments can be made at https://commerce.cashnet.com/UDELBHLP

Fee waivers and/or payment plans are available to students demonstrating need. Please email Matthew Creasy (Mcreasy@udel.edu) for more information.

No refunds will be issued after the Add/Drop period of the semester in which a student registers for the program.

Deadline for registration is THURSDAY, September 1, 2022.
