Scouts BSA Troop 318/Troop 319, North Raleigh United Methodist Church

Instructions:
1. Once you have finished all requirements (including the Scoutmaster Conference but excluding the Board of Review), submit this form.
2. Log into Scoutbook and check off your requirements with the same date that they are signed off in your print book.
3. Make sure that your Service Log and Camping Log are up-to-date in both your print book and in Scoutbook.
4. Turn in your book to the Advancement Chairperson by the first Monday of the month.
5. Your Board of Review should be scheduled for the second Monday of the month after the Troop Committee meets. Arrive in your full field (Class A) uniform with your print book in hand.
