Cancellation Policy

After booking and payment is received you will have 48 Hours to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after this time frame.
We understand that life has many unexpected hurdles and this might lead to you not being able to attend the trip but because of the lengthy planning and the travel/accommodation expenses of tennis pros for this event we cannot accommodate refunds.
