Thank you for your willingness to volunteer for the 7th Annual Capital City Black Film Festival happening August 30 - September 2019, at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX. Our team will contact you well in advance of volunteer meetings prior to the festival.

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Volunteers are REQUIRED to attend a volunteer orientation prior to the beginning of the festival.

• T-Shirts and credentials will be distributed at the volunteer orientation.

• As a volunteer, you are the face of the Festival and as such, you should be professional and courteous at all times.

• No photographs with talent while on shift.

• You may be standing for long periods of time, so please wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

• CCBFF does not provide meals for volunteers, so be sure to eat a healthy meal prior to your shift.

• You are responsible for your own parking in the Convention Center Parking Garage.
