J.V. Fletcher Library Summer Reading Registration
Use this form to register your child (ages 0 to going into 4th grade) for the 2022 Summer Reading Program at the J.V. Fletcher Library. After you fill out the form, stop by the library and pick out a sign up prize as our way of saying thank you for signing up. Remember, ALL prizes are funded by the Friends of the JV. Fletcher Library!

Starting the week of June 19, submit a reading log and be entered into a weekly raffle for one of two prizes (you choose which raffle). Also, visit the children's desk each week to pick up a collectable book mark - there is a different one every week!
