CS221 Mid-quarter Survey
As the teaching team for CS 221, our job is to help you do the best you possibly can in the course. This includes supporting your well-being and making the course a positive experience for you. Week 6 marks the middle of the quarter and we would like to hear from all of you this week.

Your responses will be anonymous unless you choose to share your identity, so we would appreciate your honest feedback.

Furthermore, any information you choose to share will be kept strictly confidential. If you would like to share any personal circumstances or information/contact information that would allow us to better support you, you should feel comfortable doing so here. However you should note a few things:

1. The responses will be viewed by the whole teaching staff. If you would rather share some information more privately, we encourage you to use the private mailing list cs221-aut2021-staff-private@lists.stanford.edu, which goes only to professors, head CA, and student liaison.

2. Because the survey is anonymous, we have no way of associating anything you share with you specifically. If you would like us to be able to do that, you should share your name/SUNet ID on the form or follow up through a different channel (like a private Piazza post or the staff/staff-private mailing lists).
