Deadline for enrollment is Friday, March 13, 2020. Students who have not enrolled in a May Term Course by this date will be ASSIGNED a course with no right to appeal their placement.

Students are placed in their first preference until the number of requests exceeds the number of spaces available. When the number of requests exceeds the number of available seats, Seniors will be given first priority in the course and the seats will be filled at random until the course is filled. Course selections are NOT processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students should make five DIFFERENT course selections. DO NOT select the same course five times. If the first choice is closed for enrollment, you will receive your second choice. If your top two choices are closed, you will receive your third choice, and so on.

Those requesting an May Term Internship MUST submit a request form indicating “May Term Internship” as their first choice plus additional choices in case of possible denial or cancellation.

Those requesting foreign travel and have already paid a deposit on a trip MUST submit a request form indicating the trip as their first choice plus additional choices just in case of possible cancellation.

This form must be submitted NO LATER than Friday, March 13, 2020.
