Please fill out the following information to apply to be a vendor/supplier for the Calaveras Food & Beverage Expo.
The purpose of this event is to create connections and (hopefully long-lasting) relationships between local farmers/growers/suppliers of the Calaveras area with Restaurateurs & Chefs in the community. Providing services and products to local restaurants gives the community further resources to healthy options while eliminating the need to outsource to brands outside of the community. From the farm, to the kitchen, to the table, this event will benefit all of those involved.
Please fill out the following information to become a vendor/supplier for the upcoming Expo. After you have completed the form and it has been reviewed by the Calaveras Chamber, you will be sent an email confirmation with further information on the event and what to expect.
PRODUCTS ARE NOT BE SOLD OR SERVED AT THIS EVENT
You may bring products with you the event to display.
This event is more around creating connections and conversations.
Vendors must obtain the relevant permits from the Local and State Departments

We advise our vendors/suppliers to bring:

- Signage of your business/products
- Business Cards
- Writing Materials
- Anything to set you apart! (Samples of products)
