A. Records Requests:

B. Contact the School Office and make an appointment to:
- Request a current report card from the school office
- Request an Illinois State Transfer form from the school office
- Request lunch balance refund
- Return devices & power cords (Chromebook, iPad, etc)
- Return textbooks and other school material
- Return library books
