Part of the Private Sector Development (PSD) Project, INTILAQ is a competition implemented by GIZ and the ministry of Higher Education and scientific Research, in collaboration with several other stakeholders from Iraq.
INTILAQ is a competition among the students of public and private universities in Iraq, it includes students from all majors and all years of undergraduate studies, both males and females, this competition aims mainly to raise awareness among the students on entrepreneurship, project development, and career opportunities within the private sector, in addition to capacity building on different topics such as design thinking, the business model canvas, team building and interpersonal skills, it also aims to strengthen the connection between the students and the university staff, and create a larger network of Iraqi entrepreneurs on the long term.

مسابقة انطلاق هي جزء من مشروع تطوير القطاع الخاص والمنفذ من قبل الوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي و وزارة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي بالتعاون مع باقي اصحاب العلاقة الفاعلين في العراق.
مسابقة انطلاق هي مسابقة بين طلبة الجامعات العراقية، بمشاركة طلاب من جميع التخصصات ومختلف المراحل الدراسية، ومن كلا الجنسين. المسابقة تهدف الى زيادة الوعي بين الطلبة عن ريادة الاعمال، تطوير المشاريع، وفرص العمل داخل القطاع الخاص، بالاضافة الى بناء القدرات في نواحي مختلفة مثل التفكير التصميمي، مخطط نموذج العمل التجاري، وبناء الفريق وتطوير المهارات الشخصية، كما تهدف المسابقة الى تطوير العلاقات بين الطلبة و الكادر الجامعي، لخلق شبكة من رواد الاعمال ذات تاثير وبعد على المدى البعيد
