Craft vendor applications will be accepted from August 17th - August 31st. Since we have limited outdoor space, filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot. Please complete this application with as much information you can give us to make a decision. All applicants will be notified by September 7th at the latest.
MARKETING. We will be promoting our Oktoberfest event on social media, website, local radio, and wherever we can be printed. Vendor spotlights and our full vendor list will be published on social media. We kindly encourage our chosen vendors to help spread the word that they are vending at our event.
NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. We will notify chosen vendors by email with a welcome message and information on how to pay the booth fee. Payment can be made by check, cashiers check, or cash, and will be collected on the day of the event at check in (Saturday, September 24, 2022).
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS. This is a rain or shine event. While we understand that a vendor may cancel their appearance for any reason, no refunds of the booth fee will be issued. Should our Oktoberfest event on September 24th cancels, we will contact vendors to issue refunds.
CLEANUP. Each vendor must be responsible for cleaning up their area after vending. Access to the dumpster in the parking lot will be available.
