Who should become a full CFA Member?
  • Christian festivals that have been in existence for at least three consecutive years
  • Have an average daily attendance of 5,000 or more attendees
  • Is fiscally responsible
  • Applications must be accompanied by payment of dues ($1,000) for the year in which membership application is considered
What are the benefits of being a full CFA Member?
  • Access to other like-minded festival operators and brothers and sisters in Christ who have expertise and experience leading large Christian music festivals.
  • Are listed on the national map of Christian festivals at www.christianfestivals.com, www.christianfestivals.org, and christianfestivalassociation.com
  • Participate in national sponsorship opportunities
  • Share in volume purchasing agreements for event production components
  • Are invited to attend the CFA's Annual Meeting in Nashville in the fall. Includes private sessions with artists and speakers, a group session with booking agents, and festival "best practices" discussions.

Who should join the CFA Apprenticeship Program?
  • Newer festival less than 3 years old
  • Aligns with mission and vision of CFA
  • Aims to be fiscally responsible
  • Desires to become a full member of the CFA but does not yet meet the criteria
  • Applications must be accompanied by payment of dues for year in which membership application is considered ($500 for Level 1 Apprenticeship; $750 for Level 2 Apprenticeship)
What are the benefits of being a CFA Apprentice Festival?
  • Access to online learning tools such as sample documents, CFA Learning Labs, etc.
  • Consultations with CFA Board Member discussing the festival’s processes and receiving feedback
  • Opportunity for apprentice to be mentored by a CFA Member festival and shadow the mentor
  • Opportunity for CFA Mentor Festival to recommend the apprentice’s attendance at the CFA Annual Fall Meeting for a special Wednesday roundtable with select CFA Member festivals and access to exclusive artist showcases
