If you would like us to retrieve information regarding your cat and effect a booking on short notice, you or your emergency contact may reach us at bookings@nekoya.co. A caretaker will be in touch within 24 hours to assist you and help to prepare for your cat's check-in. Payment is not required until successful check-in of your cat.
