Carpet City Comic Convention Dealer Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Carpet City Comic Convention! North Georgia's only Comic Book & Collectibles Convention!
This dealer application should answer any questions you may have in regards to your reservation as a vendor.
Vendor (hereinafter “Vendor”)
To carry out this agreement, the following is as agreed to:
1. $30 rental fee for 1 (10 x 10) space that includes 1 table and two chairs
2. $0.00 Deposit Fee
In return, the Battlegrounds Games & Comics will supply “Vendor” with table for set-up and serving times for the above event.
We will stop selling space in the Vendors room on October 18th , 2019 at 11:59pm in order to complete the floor plan for the event.

SECTION I: SPACE/AREA REQUESTED
The assignment of vendor space will be first come first serve however any other decisions will be solely at the discretion of Battlegrounds Games & Comics management. While we will do our best to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee a specific space. We will though, do our best to accommodate requests in the order that they are received by paid vendors. In an attempt to maximize available space (i.e. add additional room if spaces sell out/expand existing room if all spaces don’t sell) we will not finalize an actual floor plan until the weeks leading up to the event. With
that in mind, please let us know your preferences (if any).
SECTION II: INTERNET ACCESS AND POWER
Wireless internet access will be provided by The Battlegrounds Games & Comics for this event.
Power outlets for all booths are not available but are on a first come/first serve basis. Power outlets will only be available in a select few locations. We recommend bringing an extension cord and power strip (Just in case) since
sharing is encouraged.

7:00 AM – 9:59 AM – Vendor Setup
10:00am - 7:00pm - Vendor Room Open to Public
SECTION VI: CONVENTION INFORMATION
The Carpet City Comic Convention takes place in the newly renovated 2000 Square Foot venue space located in Suite C at 2708 Airport Rd. Dalton, GA 30721.
SECTION V: PAYMENT TERMS
Once your application has been approved. You will be emailed a link to complete payment for your reserved space.
REMEMBER: Your space is not reserved until payment is received in full. No exceptions!
SECTION VI: POLICIES
The assignment of vendor space will be solely at the discretion of Battlegrounds management. While we will do our best to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee a specific space.
We will attempt to notify you of your table number and assignment no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Your vendor space will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Partial payments and verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed space or binding guarantee of any kind.
Any cancellations must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days in advance of the show. The reservation fee of $25 will be charged for any cancellations.
Con nor the property will be responsible for my own insurance and that neither Carpet City Comic Convention nor this property will be obtaining insurance for myself or my company. I also understand that the collection, reporting and remittance of appropriate taxes and/or fees are my own and not that of Carpet City Comic Convention

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising
out of exhibitor’s activities.
