Eligibility:
Does the project or program proposed in the application focus on the arts and culture sector?
Is the applicant proposing a project or program located within/adjacent to the Bloomington Urban Enterprise Zone? (BUEA)
Is the applicant’s project or program open to the general public?
Is the applicant’s project or program happing regardless of changes (increases/decreases) in COVID-19 rules and regulations?
 
Funding/Program/Project period to begin starting January 31st, 2021 to be complete by June 30th, 2021 (COVID Regulations pending). This timeline is pending based on changes to federal, state, and local COVID-19 regulations.
