By participating in Children's and Youth Ministries at Saint Brigid Parish, I acknowledge that the members of my family may be photographed by the parish, in connection with church related activities.  These photographs may be used by Saint Brigid Parish, in print or electronically, for the purposes of information, publicity, and/or advertising about church related activities. Names of individuals and families will not be used unless prior authorization is requested (Please initial or write your name). *
Please continue to the next section to register children who will be participating in GIFT sessions (Grades 1-8), Youth Ministry (Grades 9-12), Confirmation Preparation, and if Sunday School/Childcare will be used for children ages 3-5. Registration fees for Children in grades 1-8 and Confirmation Preparation - $100 per child (maximum $300 per family). Children ages 3-5, in Sunday School, or High School Youth Ministry are encouraged to register in advance but do not require a registration fee.
