Meeting Room Application 
Please complete this form if you want to book one of GML's meeting rooms. 

Gunn Memorial Library welcomes the use of its meeting rooms for public programs for children and adults. It encourages the use of these facilities for educational, cultural, and informational meetings. Please read our Meeting Room Use policy before filling out this application. 

Available rooms include: 

● The Wykeham Room- in the historic section of the building. Seats 50 people. Tables and chairs are available for use. Projector, screen and microphone are available.

● The Field Room-  ( Currently unavailable)located on the lower floor of the building. Seats 8 people. Tables and chairs are available for use. Projector, screen and microphone are available.


Submitting an application does not automatically reserve the meeting room.  GML staff  will respond to your application within 2 days. You may call the library to check room availability prior to submitting your reservation request 860-868-7586
