Faery Court Masquerade Ball and Elemental Design, LLC ("ED") welcomes press, photos and video. We plan immersive, costumed events and have now added a costume consignment event and vendor market. We pride ourselves on professionalism to the highest degree and the quality of our images. Professional video / photo equipment requires a photo release and press pass. We have established this photo policy to focus on the comfort and personal space of our guests and providing a great image for our events.
Photographers / Videographers ("Photographer") are invited to request a press pass to cover the 2024 Fifth Annual Faery Court Masquerade Ball: Court of the Djinn ("FB") happening September 28, 2024 in Biloxi, MS.
Submitted requests will be reviewed. Not all requests for passes will be accepted. Look for an email confirming acceptance of your request with further instructions.
Terms:
• All photos / videos taken by professional photographers require a press pass and pre-approval via email.
• Deadline for Press Pass request is September 13, 2024.
• All photos when printed MUST include the watermark of the FAERY-BALL.COM as well as photographer credits.
• All copyrights for photos / videos are shared between ED and photographer. EN may use all photos / videos for promotional purposes and presentation on website.
• Photographer may not resell any photos or use them for promotion of any other event except Faery Court Masquerade Ball. Photographer may use them to promote their own photography.
• Photographer is welcome to provide a link to gallery of images for event guests to purchase prints or digital.
• When posting on social media, please tag all pictures with Facebook page Faery Court Masquerade Ball or Instagram @faeryball.
• Photo passes must be displayed properly when attending the event.
• Photographer must follow event dress code requirements.
• If Photographer accepts a press pass and attends the event, Photographer agrees to share photos / videos with and without watermark no later than 11/16/24 with ED to use for marketing purposes without payment or other consideration. Provide watermark image to be added to cropped images.
